Privacy Policy
This policy explains what DemoBlink processes when you create an account, run a product test, or contact us.
Last updated August 30, 2026
Information we process
We process the account information you provide, such as your name and email address. For Google or Microsoft sign-in, we also receive the provider's account identifier and basic profile information you approve.
DemoBlink stores password verifiers, session records, one-time email tokens, and rate-limit records needed to secure accounts. Passwords are hashed. OAuth access tokens are used only long enough to retrieve your approved profile and are not stored.
When you use the Studio, DemoBlink may process the test objectives, interactions, participant consent status, conversations, reports, media, and other content needed to run the features you choose.
How we use information
- Provide account access, live testing, recording, and AI-assisted reporting.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
- Send verification, password-reset, and essential account messages.
- Improve DemoBlink using product behavior and feedback without selling personal information.
Service providers
We use providers that help operate DemoBlink, including Google and Microsoft for optional sign-in, an email-delivery provider, hosting and security infrastructure, and AI providers when an AI feature is used. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and control
Account and linked-identity records are retained while your account is active or as needed to operate and protect the service. One-time links and sessions expire. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. DemoBlink is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
